Carly is gone. Brooke keeps making it, and is being pushed by “Vote for the Worst.” Carly did mess up the words, but you wouldn’t know it by the lines the judges are given to put some under the bus, and push others into the finals. Jason can make it another week or two?
They wonder why ratings are down? Beatles two weeks in a row. Dolly Parton. Andrew Lloyd Webber. Neil Diamond. Hmmm…no clue?!

would you ever be intersted in having a live lost chat? get a bunch or your readers and/or friends (anyone who watches lost really) and we could all blog/chat during the show. it couldn’t be too difficult. we could all join the same ichat or something.

Lost is new tonight? Yay! I had it in my head that it was a rerun.
Don’t shoot me, but I didn’t really like The Shack, not because of it’s theology but because the writing in the first half was so bad. It got a lot better once he started hanging out with the Trinity, I have to admit.

Mark has 3 main objections which get weirder with each one. By the third he says the book is talking about goddess worship! Mark is brilliant, but whoever wrote his outline didn’t read the book.

I missed Lost but will catch up this weekend. Yay for posting TV shows online!

I haven’t heard any of Mark’s sermons before, but I watched the video of his rant on The Shack (which I’ve read twice.) It’s pretty obvious he didn’t read it. But if he’s speaking off an outline someone else wrote, I take issue with that. Especially when he’s so vehemently calling someone else out. He better be sure he’s got all his facts straight.

By the way, I’m looking forward to your review. I did enjoy the unique perspective on the trinity, but in my opinion the writing was pretty awful.

Wow…great question. Maybe Garth Brooks or Bono…Alison Krauss, Ben Folds, have they done Bill Joel or Elton John in the past? How bout Bruce Springsteen Harry Connick…Moby would be interesting.

I probably wouldn’t be a good person to ask, but they are complaining about ratings in certain demographics, and I’m thinking how many 9-18 year olds today have heard of Neil Diamond or Andrew Lloyd Webber?

The writing is not the best, which was odd since it was written by the other guy. Not the storyteller. The outline…I don’t know how else to explain a guy that smart is off so much about his critique and warnings.
